DATA COLLECTED

  • If you register on our website, we store your chosen username and your email address and any additional personal information added to your user profile. You can see, edit, or delete your personal information at any time (except changing your username). Website administrators can also see and edit this information.
  • To receive product support, you have to have one or more WooCommerce/Wordpress purchase codes on our website. These purchase codes will be stored together with support expiration dates and your user data. This is required for us to provide you with downloads, product support and other customer services.
  • When you leave comments on the website we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
  • Information submitted through the contact form on our site is sent to our company email, hosted by RackSpace.

Access to data

If you are not a registered client for our site, there is no personal information we can retain or view regarding yourself.

If you are a client with a registered account, your personal information can be accessed by:

  • Our system administrators.
  • Our supporters when they (in order to provide support) need to get the information about the client accounts and access.
  • We don’t share your data with third-parties in a way as to reveal any of your personal information like email, name, etc.

Your data

  • We store the minimum data required to process your order.  This includes:
    • Your name
    • Your email address
    • A contact telephone number
    • Your address
    • Membership reference numbers or other unique identifiers as required by legislation for the purchase of airsoft replicas.
    • We also store a copy of all order histories, dating back a minimum of 7 years as required for financial auditing purposes.
  • This information is stored in a centralised database, which is hosted on UK servers.
  • We use your data in the following ways:
    • To notify you once if you leave something in your basket.  Visiting your basket again will trigger an additional notification.
    • To process orders and arrange delivery of them to your address including passing your details to UPS, DPD or Royal Mail.
    • To validate your membership of an approved airsoft site with valid insurance for the purposes of ensuring we have a legal defense against selling airsoft replicas to you.
    • In selected cases, we may pass your details to third party supplier warehouses in order to expedite delivery of your order. 
  • We have a contractual basis for keeping information about you. While you may still request that we remove all your personal data from our database, we will then be unable to provide you with any further services until you reinstate that permission.
  • We keep all financial records for a minimum period of 7 years as required by financial regulations. This includes Paypal transaction references. If you request to be removed from our data set before these 7 years have elapsed, we will anonymise your information on these financial records.
  • As we hold daily, monthly, and yearly database backups, such backups will continue to hold your information for the purpose of point-in-time recovery. We will hold a separate, independent record of requests to be removed and should a point in time backup be required, we will endeavor to remove all those requested to be removed subsequent to the restoration of that backup.
